Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return addresses vary depending on the product. If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, as return destinations may differ depending on the product and warehouse location.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
